Change password

The password portal offers you the possibility to change your known password and requires the completion of a successfully completed registration process.

The first step is to identify your account data. To do this, please enter the following information (these are mandatory fields) on the start page:
  • Username
  • E-Mail address
  • First name
  • Last name

Please ensure that you enter your information correctly, otherwise the system will not be able to determine your account data. To verify your identity, authentication by entering a one-time password is necessary. To do this, please use the Authenticator app you selected during the registration process.

Now enter your one-time password to access the self-service and select 'Change password'. Please note the complexity requirements for passwords described in the process when reassigning your password.

You will then receive an e-mail confirmation from Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH informing you of the change.

Reset password

The password portal offers you the possibility to reset your password which is no longer known and/or has expired. The use of the password manager requires the completion of a successfully completed registration process.

The first step is to identify your account data. To do this, please enter the following information (these are mandatory fields) on the start page:
  • Username
  • E-Mail address
  • First name
  • Last name

Please ensure that you enter your information correctly, otherwise the system will not be able to determine your account data. To verify your identity, authentication by entering a one-time password is necessary. To do this, please use the Authenticator app you selected during the registration process.

Now enter your one-time password to access the self-service and select 'Change reset'. Then enter your email address again and click the 'Reset' button to initiate the reset process.

Please follow the instructions displayed by the system and check your inbox for further information. Please also note the complexity requirements for passwords described in the process when reassigning your password.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH informing you of the change.

FAQ

One-time passwords are 6-digit codes, each issued for a time-limited period and used as a second factor in the password portal.

It should be checked whether the current one-time password was entered. A one-time password expires after 30 seconds and is regenerated after expiry.

German and English are currently supported.

The password portal only sends officially signed emails to enable proof of sender identity or affiliation with Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH. If you did not initiate the password change process yourself, or have questions about it or doubt the authenticity of this email, please get in touch with your contact at Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH immediately.
